Binance's fee schedule is the one most other exchanges copy. Spot trading costs 0.1% for makers and takers at the base tier, 0.075% if you pay fees in BNB, and it falls through nine VIP levels to 0.02% maker and 0.04% taker for accounts trading billions a month. Futures start at 0.02% maker and 0.05% taker. Deposits in crypto are free. Withdrawals carry a per-coin network fee that Binance sets, and that fee is often several times the actual on-chain cost on busy networks.
Buying with a card is a separate product with a separate price. In the regions where Binance offers it, the card purchase fee runs up to about 2%, promotions occasionally cut it further, and the quote includes a spread that is not itemized. Apple Pay and Google Pay follow the card rate. Bank transfers are usually free or close to it, with the trade-off that you then pay the trading fee to convert the deposit into crypto.
None of this applies to a U.S. resident, because Binance.com will not open the account. Anytime Capital's card pricing starts from 4% with the spread included, with the amount you pay and the crypto you receive shown before you confirm, and for larger orders the OTC desk quotes directly against a same-day wire. On a $1,000 card order that is from $40 with nothing added afterward, and it is available wherever you are.
