It applies to our website at www.anytime-capital.com (the "Site"), the Anytime Capital mobile and wallet applications (the "Apps"), our branch locations, and the products and services we offer through them (together, the "Services").
If you obtain a financial product or service from us for personal, family, or household purposes, our Consumer Privacy Notice also applies to you and is available at https://anytime-capital.com/privacy-notice.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on www.anytime-capital.com/privacy or by other means as required by law.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with nonaffiliated companies for their own marketing. The advertising tags on our public pages, before you sign in, may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state laws, such as California's. You can opt out through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of our website, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
Applies to this browser immediately. No account or form needed.
Based on your preferences, we may send you marketing emails, texts, or app notifications about our products, events, and offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email, turning off marketing texts and calls in Account Settings, emailing members@anytime-capital.com, calling (470) 748-2530, or any other reasonable method. Opting out of marketing does not stop service communications. Replying STOP to a text stops all calls and texts to that number, as described in Calls and Text Messages, and we will continue to send required account and security notices by email or in the app.
We use analytics tools and advertising technologies, such as pixels and tags from advertising platforms, on our public pages before you sign in, to understand how the Site is used and to show you Anytime Capital ads on other websites and apps. These tools do not run on pages you see after signing in, including your account, card, and transfer pages. They may collect device and activity information. You can limit interest-based advertising through your browser and device settings, the settings of the advertising platforms you use, and industry opt-out tools such as those offered by the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.
During identity verification, our identity verification provider, Sumsub, captures images of your face and your identification and creates a facial geometry scan to confirm that you are the person shown on your identification. The facial geometry scan is "Biometric Information." We ask for your consent before any capture. We and our provider use Biometric Information only to verify your identity and prevent fraud. We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from Biometric Information. We permanently destroy Biometric Information when the purpose for collecting it has been satisfied or within three years after your last interaction with us, whichever comes first, unless a longer period is required by law or legal process. The images of your face and your identification are identity verification records, and we keep them as described in Data Retention. We protect Biometric Information with a standard of care at least as protective as the one we use for other sensitive information.
We use automated tools, including fraud and risk scoring, to help decide whether to approve applications and transactions. These tools may result in an application being declined or a transaction being held for review. If you believe an automated decision about you was wrong, contact us and we will review it.
When you use the Site, we and the companies we work with may place cookies or use similar browser storage on your device. These help us keep you signed in during a session, remember your email address on the login page when you choose "Remember my email," measure how the Site is used, and support fraud prevention. You can set your browser to notify you of cookies, block them, or delete them. Blocking our cookies may limit some features of the Site. Third-party websites or applications you access through the Services may place their own cookies.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls, and access limited to employees who need information to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet our legal and contractual obligations. As a FinCEN-registered Money Services Business, we retain information collected to identify and verify customers for at least five years after an account is closed or becomes dormant. Records we must keep under the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering laws cannot be deleted on request. Our partners may keep records longer under their own policies.
Anytime Capital Alerts is our text and call program. We ask for two separate consents when you give us your mobile number.
Account and security messages. By entering your mobile number and tapping Continue at signup, or by turning these messages on in Account Settings, you agree that Anytime Capital LLC and service providers acting on our behalf may call and text you about your account, transactions, security and fraud, including using automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages.
Marketing messages. We send marketing calls and texts only if you check the separate marketing box at signup or in Account Settings. Consent to marketing is not a condition of opening an account, obtaining a card, or buying any product or service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help.
Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT to any text, emailing members@anytime-capital.com, calling (470) 748-2530, or any other reasonable method. We honor every opt-out within 10 business days. An opt-out stops all calls and texts to that number, and we will continue to send required account and security notices by email or in the app. You can turn texts back on in Account Settings.
Your number. You confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you give us and will tell us if it changes. A wrong-number report stops messages to that number immediately.
Records. We keep a record of each consent and opt-out for at least four years.
We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Many state privacy laws do not apply to information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and some do not apply to Anytime Capital; where they apply, we honor these rights.
How to make a request. Email members@anytime-capital.com or call (470) 748-2530 with your name, the email address on your account, and your request. We will verify your identity before responding, which may require you to confirm information we already have. You may use an authorized agent, and we may require proof of the agent's authority. We will respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision within 60 days. We will respond to your appeal within the time required by law. If we deny your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
If you are a California resident, this section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy.
Notice at collection. The Summary of Categories above describes the categories of personal information we collect, their sources, why we use them, and who receives them. We keep each category for as long as described in Data Retention.
Your rights. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to delete personal information; to correct inaccurate personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to limit our use of sensitive personal information. We use sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted by law, such as verifying your identity, preventing fraud, and providing the Services.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. The advertising tags on our public pages before sign-in may count as sharing; you can opt out through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link or a Global Privacy Control signal. To request deletion, email members@anytime-capital.com or call (470) 748-2530, and we will respond within 45 days. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Financial information. Personal information we collect under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the California Financial Information Privacy Act is covered by our Consumer Privacy Notice and is not subject to these California rights.
Shine the Light. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
Making a request. Email members@anytime-capital.com or call (470) 748-2530. You, or an agent registered with the California Secretary of State, may make a request, including on behalf of your minor child. You may make a request for access or portability twice in a 12-month period.
If you are a Vermont resident, we will not share your personal information with a nonaffiliated third party except as necessary to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction you requested or authorized, or as otherwise permitted by the Vermont Privacy of Consumer Financial and Health Information Regulation. Neither Anytime Capital nor its affiliates will obtain information about your creditworthiness without your consent.
The Services may link to websites and services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
If you need this Privacy Policy in an alternative format, contact us at members@anytime-capital.com.
