Why is Onramper not working?

Most "Onramper is down" reports are the widget failing to load inside a wallet such as Exodus or Coinbase Wallet, or one partner on-ramp going offline while the others keep working, rather than onramper.com itself.

How long will a pending Onramper order take?

Minutes when it is a blockchain confirmation, hours to days when it is a verification or compliance review. Open a ticket with the order ID rather than resubmitting.

Can I buy crypto today if Onramper is down?

Yes. Anytime Capital is independent of Onramper and its processors. Card and Apple Pay orders confirm in minutes, wires settle the same business day, and the Atlanta branch takes cash. Call (470) 748-2530 if you want someone to walk you through it.

Can I switch from Onramper to Anytime Capital without moving my crypto?

Yes. Both send purchased crypto to a wallet address you control, so nothing needs to move. Create an Anytime Capital account, verify once with your ID and a selfie, and paste the same address at checkout.

How does Anytime Capital pricing compare with Onramper?

Anytime Capital quotes one all-in number: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders start from 4% with the spread included, and the amount you pay and the crypto you receive are both on screen before you confirm. Onramper prices no fee of its own; the card fee is whatever the routed partner charges, which across its on-ramps runs from roughly 1% to 5% or more plus each partner's minimum, spread and network fee, with none; the partner delivers the coins to the wallet you started in and shows its own network fee. Blockchain network fees apply at both. Compare the crypto that lands on the same order size rather than the headline rate.

Is Anytime Capital regulated?

Anytime Capital is a U.S.-based money services business registered with FinCEN, serving customers worldwide, with a physical branch in Atlanta and an office in Miami. Identity verification is required before you can transact, the same as at every compliant platform.

Is Onramper down? How to check, and what to do in the meantime

Every platform has bad days: a processor outage, an app that will not load, a withdrawal stuck on pending. If you are here because Onramper is not working right now, you do not have to wait it out.

Onramper vs Anytime Capital, row by row

A green check marks the platform with the edge on that row. Anytime Capital leads on 11 of 15.

Category	Onramper	Our pick
Card purchase fee	No fee of its own; the card fee is whatever the routed partner charges, which across its on-ramps runs from roughly 1% to 5% or more plus each partner's minimum, spread and network fee	From 4% with the spread included, quoted in full before you confirm
Bank transfer fee	depends on the routed partner; ACH and bank transfer are offered by some U.S. on-ramps in the network and not others	ACH and wire priced per order; wires clear same day for larger amounts
Pay with cash	Not offered	Cash at the Atlanta branch, or cash by mail from anywhere in the U.S.
Domestic wire	Not offered as a U.S. rail by the partners commonly routed to	Same-day domestic wire for larger orders through the OTC desk
Apple Pay & Google Pay	Partial	Yes
Talk to a human	Email and a Telegram group for Onramper itself; transaction support is handed to the partner on-ramp through the widget's help menu	Phone (470) 748-2530, email, and two walk-in offices
Physical locations	None for customers	Atlanta branch and Miami office
Where it serves	Onramper itself has no U.S. license; a U.S. customer is routed to whichever partner on-ramp serves their state, so availability, excluded states and payment methods change from order to order.	Serves customers worldwide, with U.S. branches in Atlanta, Miami and Houston; eligibility confirmed during verification
Identity verification	Verification belongs to the partner on-ramp, not Onramper; small orders may be routed to a partner with lighter checks, larger ones to a full ID-and-selfie flow.	Government ID and selfie online, or in person at the Atlanta branch
Bank account & debit card	No FDIC-insured cash account	FDIC-insured cash account with a free virtual debit card
Large orders	Limits belong to the routed partner; no desk of its own	Dedicated OTC desk with a named contact
Custody of your coins	Your own wallet; you hold the keys	Your own wallet address, or the free non-custodial Anytime Capital wallet
Regulation	Onramper is a routing layer, not a licensed money transmitter; identity checks, licensing and compliance are handled by the partner on-ramp that fills each order, and Onramper's docs say it is not a party to the transaction.	U.S.-based, FinCEN-registered money services business
If payments fail	Wait for the incident to clear	Switch to ACH, wire, Cash App or cash the same day
If your order is stuck	Onramper's Trustpilot profile is small and poor, and the complaints are almost all about not being able to reach anyone after an order stalled.	Call the branch and speak to someone who can see it
