Consent to Electronic Records and Communications (E-SIGN Consent)

Effective Date: October 19, 2026

Please read this consent before opening your Global Account. Global Accounts and Cards are offered electronically only. To open a Global Account, you must agree to receive Communications electronically.

Communications Covered

This consent applies to all communications, agreements, disclosures, and notices about your Account, Card, and the Anytime Capital Services ("Communications"), including:

• The Anytime Capital Terms of Service, Lead Bank Accountholder Agreement, Lead Bank Cardholder Agreement, Fee Schedule, and Lightspark End User Terms;
• Privacy notices;
• Periodic statements and transaction receipts;
• Notices of changes to terms, fees, or limits;
• Error resolution notices and dispute correspondence; and
• Tax forms and any other notice we are required by law to provide.

How We Deliver Communications

We will deliver Communications in the Anytime Capital app or website, or by email to the address on file. When a Communication is posted in the app or website, we will notify you by email or app notification.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and keep Communications, you need:

• A current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox, or a currently supported version of iOS or Android;
• Software to view PDF files;
• A valid email address; and
• Enough storage to save Communications or a printer to print them.

If these requirements change in a way that could prevent you from accessing Communications, we will notify you and give you the option to withdraw consent without a fee.

Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any Communication by emailing members@anytime-capital.com. Paper copies are free. Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing members@anytime-capital.com. There is no fee to withdraw consent. Because the Account and Card are offered electronically only, withdrawing consent will result in the closure of your Account and Card. Withdrawal takes effect after we have had a reasonable time to process it, up to 10 business days.
