This Disclosure is part of the Anytime Capital Terms of Service. Please read it before buying, selling, holding, or transferring Digital Assets. It does not describe every risk.
Digital Asset prices are highly volatile and can change significantly in a short time. The value of a Digital Asset can fall to zero, and you may lose all of the money you use to buy it. Past performance does not predict future results. Markets can move quickly and trade around the clock, and prices may differ across platforms.
Digital Assets are not legal tender and are not backed by any government. They are not bank deposits. They are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and are not protected by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation.
Stablecoins aim to hold a stable value, but they can lose their peg. A stablecoin's value depends on its issuer's reserves, operations, and ability to redeem. Stablecoin issuers can freeze tokens at specific addresses, and can do so without notice to you. Changes in law may affect how stablecoins can be issued, held, or used.
Digital Asset transactions are generally final once broadcast to the network. If you send Digital Assets to the wrong address or on the wrong network, they may be permanently lost. Always confirm the address and network before sending.
Blockchain networks can experience congestion, high fees, delays, outages, forks, and software flaws. A fork may create a new asset that we may not support. Network fees are set by the network and can change quickly.
Digital Assets are a frequent target of hacking, phishing, malware, and social engineering. If someone obtains your credentials, keys, or recovery phrase, they may take your Digital Assets, and the loss may not be recoverable. For self-custodial wallets, you alone are responsible for your keys.
Scammers often ask victims to buy Digital Assets and send them to an address the scammer controls. Common signs include requests from someone you met online, promises of guaranteed returns, pressure to act quickly, and claims to be from a government agency, a utility, or tech support. Anytime Capital will never ask you to send Digital Assets to protect your account.
You may not always be able to sell a Digital Asset at the price you want or at all, and we may stop supporting a Digital Asset.
Laws and regulations governing Digital Assets are changing and differ by location. New laws, enforcement actions, or restrictions could affect the value of Digital Assets, your ability to use them, or our ability to offer the Services.
Buying, selling, and exchanging Digital Assets may have tax consequences. We may report your transactions to tax authorities as required by law. Consult a tax professional.
Anytime Capital does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Any information we provide is for general purposes only. You are solely responsible for deciding whether a transaction is right for you.
