Why is MoonPay not working?

Most "MoonPay is down" reports are the widget failing to load inside a wallet or a card processor incident, while moonpay.com itself is up.

How long will a pending MoonPay order take?

Minutes when it is a blockchain confirmation, hours to days when it is a verification or compliance review. Open a ticket with the order ID rather than resubmitting.

Can I buy crypto today if MoonPay is down?

Yes. Anytime Capital is independent of MoonPay and its processors. Card and Apple Pay orders confirm in minutes, wires settle the same business day, and the Atlanta branch takes cash. Call (470) 748-2530 if you want someone to walk you through it.

Can I switch from MoonPay to Anytime Capital without moving my crypto?

Yes. Both send purchased crypto to a wallet address you control, so nothing needs to move. Create an Anytime Capital account, verify once with your ID and a selfie, and paste the same address at checkout.

How does Anytime Capital pricing compare with MoonPay?

Anytime Capital quotes one all-in number: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders start from 4% with the spread included, and the amount you pay and the crypto you receive are both on screen before you confirm. MoonPay prices a 4.5% fee on card, Apple Pay and Google Pay purchases with a minimum of about $3.99, plus a network fee, roughly 4.5% on the headline, with none; coins are delivered to your wallet with the network fee shown at checkout. Blockchain network fees apply at both. Compare the crypto that lands on the same order size rather than the headline rate.

Is Anytime Capital regulated?

Anytime Capital is a U.S.-based money services business registered with FinCEN, serving customers worldwide, with a physical branch in Atlanta and an office in Miami. Identity verification is required before you can transact, the same as at every compliant platform.
